Need specific issue of Flight International

I am looking for a specific issue of the magazine "Flight International"...I believe the article I am looking for is in a Jan issue (2006) but I'm not sure if Flight International is published once a month or four times a month?

The article in question involves an Emergency Challenger 604 (VP-BJM) that diverted with Flight control problems. The Commander is near and dear to my heart although you will never see us in the same room together.
