Need some object advice

This is playing with fire. There were 49 pilots sued by Delta over a similar situation. A settlment was reached, out of court, as part of a contract negoatiation, which cost all of the Delta guys something. These guys were headed to court and it would have been ugly. Be carefule on intimidating someone into not working OT.

Ok Fine, but he will have a miserable 8days on the road, even worse than what management does. There are guys here trying to pay medical bills, and stuff like that, for them OT is fine. But to come here just to do OT, no way. Game on for that guy

Just the mere fact that he is on this site, tells me that he is doing his homework about his two choices.

You said you have a "good friend" working at the Frax. If it's FLOPs and this friend is telling you it's a good place to work and working OT is OK, then he/she is in the minority. I have told all my good friends to stay away from this place. Heck, I'm trying to bail out.

You have to ultimately make the call, but I would say stay away.
