Need help with a presentation....

I am trying to put together a presentation about advantages of having a second flight school in the field that I fly out of. There are a lot of "the plane almost crashed over my house" people around the field. Besides the known positive impacts such as employment creation, competition in the field, educational benefits, etc. etc. what are the things you suggest that I mention so that I can make this idea look like the best thing since sliced bread?
