I've seen may pictures shot from outside by the jumpers. Most were cropped and low quality.
 
I'm not a jump pilot, but I got a good one from inside a King Air C90. Let me know if you want it and I'll make a scan.
 
Go borrow some videos from the dropzone. There are probably some shots you can take out of there from someone's head cam.

I'm not saying that someone hasn't gone nose perpendicular to the earth in a jump plane before, but I'm thinking 99.99 percent of those images are due to camera angle.

We do a lot of tandems with video and a lot of the exit footage shows what appear to be the plane going head down, but in reality it's not.
