Need help for a friend with 10,000 Hrs.

Hi!

USA Jet flies Falcon 20s and DC-9s. He'd take about 5 years or so to make -9 captain. Most of the captains made over $100K last year. He would start at a base of $33K as a Falcon FO. The 2nd year guys (u can move to the -9 at one year) made about $50K last year.
