I can recommend Bill Markey at Cashmere aviation in Cashmere, WA. It's a tight 1800 foot paved runway but not a problem with a 150, single pilot, in the cool weather. Bill is a no nonsense mechanic who will get you out in a day if you help and there are no major problems. I've seen him do sheet metal work that most guys wouldn't bother with. He has done three different 150's I've owned in the past. His shop rate used to be around 40/hr. He mostly just does local guys and wrenches part time when he's not working in his orchard. He's a country boy/farmer, so don't expect his hangar to be spotless....his restroom is kinda scary....but I've had great luck with the guy.
