I need some help, if anyone has an opnion. I'm hoping to move up that mighty career ladder, but i'm not sure of the path to take. My desire is to jump over the regionals(nothing against them). I've got a little over 1000hrs in a typed turbo-prop, pt135, 1700hrs pic turbine. I've heard from several pilots that I need 121 time to get to some place like UPS FEDEX or the like. Love to here any all suggestions-thanks

You'll also need some C-5 or C-17 time with your 3000hrs.

Everyone would to jump over the career ladder and go straight to FedEx or UPS and skip all on this paying your dues stuff. Unfortunately, they have over 10,000 resumes from qualified pilots to sift through to find their candidate. As per above they have a warm fuzzy for USAF guys.
