NCA Interview

I am going to attend an interview with NCA later this month and I am looking for any gouges ,,,,,,,,,,,,anyone?

Are looking looking at direct hire, or did U go through a contract agency?

There's no such thing as a direct hire with NCA so I am working with a contract agency.

The interview is about 15 minutes which they are just trying to get to know you. There are no technical questions. They just want to know why you want to work for NCA and if you or your family will a have problem with spending 5 months in Japan. The sim is a T/O with a little airwork followed by a visual approach. No one has ever figured out what they are looking for in the interview. It is kind of crazy because you travel halfway around the world for 30 minutes. PM me if you have any questions because I know it is very hard to find out any info about NCA.
