NBAA Workshop Question

Looking for any input on the Flight Operations Manual Workshop that the NBAA has held in the past. I understand that they provide an outline for the
IS-BAO format, but was looking for someone with some first hand knowledge of this seminar.

P.S. We are really want to do this inhouse, not through one of the many companies that writes the SOP/FOM for you.
