Well, er, actually we, humm, hide the salary survey from the upper management type.

We are paid a bit above what the salary survey show, even taking in economical area.
 
Survey

First, it is pretty easy to get on the mailing list for the magazine for FREE and it has this in there. Not that hard to come by.

I do not know if it still holds true, but I found the survey pretty unrealistic because it was slanted so much to NE based multiple aircraft flight departments. The single aircraft company in the Midwest was much much lower when compared to both coasts.

I'm not quite that bad, I just highlight the pages (Total Compensation- Maximum, page 47) that I want HR to see then take the survey back with me.
 
Publisher, I think you are thinking about the Propilot magazine survey. That is trash, the numbers on it are way off base (generally way too low!). The NBAA survey is a 226 page "real" survey that is pretty accurate, but it also costs $$$.
