The pilot's in my flight department our trying to get a copy of NBAA salary survey. A salary war is on the horizon. Our leadership keeps it under lock and key. A copy would greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know the feeling!!

Wish those in middle management would get that "rectal removous" surgery from the frontal lobe and remember what its like just to be one of the "line guys".

Looking forward to our annual 3% "shut up and be happy" raise.

Anyone who gets ther hands on a copy please forward it.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rice

We had this discussion in our flight dept concerning NBAA salary survey:
Underlings: " You see the new salary survey?"
Chief Pilot: " No, but that stuff is all advisory in nature anyway, no one really goes by that."

Hail! Hail! 3% and smile.

I don't know what companies you guys work for, but, in this economy, I'd be happy with a 3% raise. Don't forget, our cousins at UAL are facing a 20% paycut.

JetPilot500

P.S. Don't tell my boss that I'd be happy with only a 3% raise!

Wrong attitude. You want the big airplane, you pay the price. If fuel goes up 30% will your flight hours decrease 30%? Probably not.

yes wrong attitude.
I dont care if our cousins at United are facing a 20% pay cut.
Didn't they just get a 20% pay raise?
Dont get me wrong, I hate to see anyone out of work on our business, but dont use the "tough economy" excuse to take advantage of pilot raises...pilots are always so willing to say "gee at least I have a job"...wrong attitude....
We should all still be fairly compensated and get generous raises and bonuses for good service.
Always kills me when a company buys a 40 million dollar aircraft then cries and only dishes out 3% raises.............
amazing.

What we always did, when we couln't swip the book from our CP, is we just called NBAA and requested another one. Cost us a few bucks, but when everone pitched in, it was easy.

Also, 2000 was the last year, I think, for the printed version. They are going electronic, in database format, so that it is much more user friendly.
