Anyone have the latest and greatest NBAA pay range for A Light Jet Captain, SouthWest area? Its Pay negotiation time of the year...

Pay negotiation time of year? Isn't that another way to say COLA? If so, don't expect much. Give the boss a foot massage if he gives you more than 3% this year.

Right now I am hoping just to keep a job! There will be no pay raise this year and I am not asking for one either!

I got my June issue of Pro Pilot last week (the Salary Survey issue) and for 2009, pay scales on average are actually LESS than 2008! While I did not expect a jump, I was surprised to see a drop. Tough times...
