I was wondering if anyone has used this CD Rom and what comments they had and if it is worth purchasing.

We operate mainly oceanic and would use this as a refresher.

I use it mainly for resources rather than refresher but it could be used for that. It has lots of links that I use. The procedures in it reflect a lot of what we already have in our international procedures manual. We also do a lot of oceanic stuff but when we have a trip over the Atlantic, we generally spend more time reviewing the North Atlantic Orientation Chart.
