nbaa directory on cd expire?

does the nbaa directory on cd expire after a certain amount of time? I have the 2004 version and i cannot access any information on it anymore. If it does expire is there any way around it? I hve already removed and reinstalled. thanks

I have the 2003 version and I'm still able to access it.

Don't know about the 2004 version. It was broke when it arrived. Anyone know an easy way to get it replaced?
