The NBAA has announced that the NBAA convention that was supposed to take place in New Orleans will be moved. At this time they are still looking for a convention center and will advise on the new city when able.
 
Really, first I have heard about this, however I do agree. Sadly I feel there is no way that New Orleans will recover in time for the NBAA party.
