Does the Naval Reserve give out flying spots?

Is it the same thing as the ANG and AFRES, except with F/A-18s and P-3s?
 
The Naval Reserve does not take "pilots off the street". Only military aviators complete with their AD obligation can get in. Navy pilots have a huge advantage over all others but there are many Naval Reservists from each sister service. If you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me.
