From what I understand their pay is about 75% of what similar companies pay.

Native will be needing some more PC-12 guys soon, for all bases. From what I know they have vacancies in Dallas, Mesa and for a new base up north. Both seats as well. Left seat needs a minimum of 2000TT for insurance, right seat is more like 800-1000TT. Pay is high 20's right and high 30's for left seat. Schedule is 15 days a month split even like 4on/4off or 6/6 depending on base. They have slow expansion plus pretty high attrition as the reason for vacancies. If you can remember that EMS stands for Earn Money Sleeping and be prepared to sit on your a$$ half the day then rush of somewhere 80 miles away then do more sitting, native should fit ya well.

NAtive Air Ambulance

Hi Proachpoint....thanks for the info. I have been trying desperately to get on with them and have had no success. I sit on my but most of the day and then go fly for 6 or 7 hours and moments notice....so I am used to it.
Anybody with Native or previously employed by them reading....would like to chat with you. Dinner to whoever gets me a job with them.

Hey FalconPilot69--I'll let you know about the Dallas position as soon as I get a hold of HR. I'm supposed to talk to them today. Are you working air ambulance right now? If so where? I am wanting to get on with an air ambulance outfit really bad. PM with the info if you want.
