Ok, so 30 more days of 'super mediation'. Good lord, if it were gonna settle, it would have happened.

I bet there is not an attorney alive that does not support the RLA. Boy do they make a killing on this process! God bless 'em!

What does the proffer contain? Is it some middle of the road resolution of the open contract sections?
