If you are retired out of the National Guard or the Reserves, you should contact your Congressional representatives about this ASAP!

There is a bill/resolution in the House of Representatives proposing lowering the retirement age from 60 to 55. It's HR/HB 3831. If successful, we can draw our retirement benefits at 55.

If you are considering getting out of the Guard/Reserve before completing 20 years, consider this possibility.

Fly safe!
