Does anyone have any information regarding the "Nascar Airforce"
There is an opening for a Lear 35 F/O for Nascar... on Planejobs.com.

Thank you.

NBAA has the following a/c listed for Nascar, Inc.:

3 LR60
2 LR35A
1 CL600
1 C310

I know they just got a new 2000EX and I believe they're getting another.

NASCAR, Inc.
PO Box 2875
Daytona Beach FL 32120-2875
386/947-6740

James Pomroy, Mgr. Aviation

Don't forget...

They should have at least one 50EX floating around....

they also just bought a new citation (excel i think) at concord JQF. they also have a king air there.

Did anyone get a look at their pay? LR F/O - $50k per year. That's pretty d*mn good for an F/O which makes me wonder... how much does a LR CA make over there and how long until they upgrade the F/O into something heavier or the left seat? Quality of life / benefits / corporate atmosphere (do they genuinely care about their employees or is it "do your job and get the h*ll out"? Anyone know or care to share?

Just trying to get back into the corporate world but will only move for the right long-term operator, and although I wouldn't mind sitting right seat in a Lear for someone with half my time for a short while (been there, done that), I wouldn't enjoy doing it for several years, although living on the beach would be nice.

NASCAR already filled the position. Sounds like they hired someone before the ad was posted. The girl I talked with said resumes could be sent to the phone number in the above thread. Cheers!
