Nascar Emb-120

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have a buddy who's got an EMB-120 type. We heard there are some EMB-120's flying around with NASCAR colors.

Any idea who's aircraft or certificate they are? Additionally, anyone know who might be operating EMB-120's in non airline service...i.e. freight, corporate shuttles etc?

Do a search on Nascar. I remember one a few months back with this topic. If I remember correctly, DEI has a Brasilia.

EMB 120's

DEI has some in NC somewhere, and maybe other operators in the area. I know there are some in Montana operated by Corporate Air ( at least I saw some in Billings a few years back) Try a search on NBAA if you know a member.

Try Richard Childers Racing at EXX call the FBO ask for Charlie he will tell you all about them , He has numbers too.. Several race teams around the GSO , CLT area are moving crews with them..

DEI-based at Statesville
Evernham-based at Statesville
Bill Davis Racing
Richard Childress Racing-based in Lexington

As far as I know, everybody has a full compliment of pilots. Needless to say there's not much turnover.

I saw Childress's 'zilla in ABQ when they were heading out to Cali for a race. Nice looking paint job!

I love DEI's 120 all black with that red stripe looks real nice. Our FBO gets about 6 120's when the races come to dover.
