Doing a checkride in the near future for a priavte pilot rating. Has anyone gone with Joe Leone, or Steve Amoia? How did everything go? Thanks cheers!

I think MYF is Montgomery Field in beautiful San Diego, CA, home to aviations royal family, the Kings. I know of at least one examiner in that area (a man) who shows up in a dress to "break the ice" with the people he is giving checkrides to.

Joe Leone has been very fair to the applicants I've sent him and he is a nice guy. I would also HIGHLY reccommend Dave Reid. He and Joe are the only full time examiners in SD. PM me for more details if you'd like.
