Hey guys and gals. I just made a simple video and thought to share it with you. This is my first......so be easy on me. There will be more to come. The purpose of it? No purpose.....just want others to see how nice our job can be, and I didn't know my labtop had a movie maker on it.

Despite being under paid, dealing with contract stuff, and putting up with a lot......crap; I hope watching this can make you say "Yeah my job is pretty neat." With that said here is the link my friend uploaded for me. Hope you like it.

Very cool. I especially liked the shot out of the side window while skimming by the clouds.

Oh, what the hell.... I kind of liked it too....

Gotta hold that camera upright for the takeoffs and landings though. I caught myself leaning to the left for both... kinda like bowling....

Good video.... Just like I tell all my FOs... I love what I do for a living, but I hate this job. Nice work capturing the "good stuff"

One tip though... next time you make an "ASA documentary", you should include a clip of the FO on the radio at the gate saying something like, "Hey Ops., 132 Shreveport needs a lav. dump..... Hey Ops., 132 Shreveport..... Hey Ops., 132 Shreveport..... Hey, Ops....... Hello???...... Oh screw it......"

Like I said though, liked the video......

I always enjoy the videos from up front. I'm not too sure the disclaimer at the beginning was truthful, but whatever. Good work. Do try to keep the camera straight. I also liked the shot from behind your seat looking forward. If the camera were just a little higher, and secured, would be good takeoff and landing footage, rather than the tilted dashboard cam. Good work, and I'm looking forward to your future work.

Keep it safe,

Shy

I like this job, I dislike the career.

Where is the shot at the end coming ove the beach?

:DNice job! I liked the song and in today's day and age, you caught a lot of the GOOD THINGS!! Skimming the clouds was GREAT Footage! Keep em coming.

Not too badd. The CA's sportin' a lil Bling Bling while pushin dem thrust levers. You go Bouyyyyyyyyy...

Whoa! I was surprised noone posted something nasty referring to SJS or something. I am proud of you guys!

You're kidding me right? You have a still of your plane as an Avatar. No, not a big difference between photo and a movie...

Look at your screen name Mr Skywest RJ guy!!!! Not a big difference between a screen name and a movie! No offense to the rest of the Skywest pilot group. Good luck and hope you get 900s soon.

To all, thanks for the compliments, suggestions, and critics.

No I'm not just learning to fly a jet and no I'm not suffering from SJS or any other syndrome. Oh yeah I'm not trying to boost my ego either......hahaha (I thought that comment was funny).

Just tried to make a friendly video and let you take it however you want. No plot or point to be made. But thanks for the comments guys!!! ...........oh and girls.

Cool video, makes me really want to get back to flying. Silent Partner, you wouldn't happen to be a former tomahawk stunt pilot would you?

Good work, nice fades and that audio track was nicely integrated.

Pay attention to frame rates when you edit. The cars zipping past the end of the runway at Gulfport at 100 mph looks a bit funky.

When you upgrade your camera, look at image stablization..maybe an AG product from Panasonic. Don't mess with the consumer PV line.

Good work.

SP,

Cool video I liked it. The music is perfect.

My son showed to his friends in high school and they thought it was the coolest thing they had ever seen.

Freightnazi, I hope that was TIC. If not go PACK SAND and get a life!

Again nice job!
