I think you're right, flipper.

Every guy who is happy about age 60 now will be very unhappy about it later.

These are the kind of posts that this board needs, instead of a bunch of whinning and bitching.

I love posts like this one, where a veteran pilot is recognized on his last mission, but if we didn't have the whining and off-topic discussions, this wouldn't look like a board where pilots meet!

You've got to be kidding right!? There is no way that I'm going to be flying anywhere near 60. If you haven't started planning your retirement you better do it soon. My plan is to be out of this at 55, somewhere south of the border surfing and hanging with the old lady. And maybe some young ladies too.

Don't wait until it's too late.
