Does anybody know of a database online where you might be able to research a particular aircraft's repetitive mx issues.

For example, if you were having a specific problem with your plane, you could see if anyone else is having the same issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
uh...
maybe post the issue here..maybe others have had the same probs...
 
Yes - this is available if you belong to NBAA. On their web site under Air-Mail for maintenance managers for your aircraft type.
 
I don't know about a database, but you could use a couple of key phrases in google to find some stuff.

For instance, when I was having problems with my car a few years ago, I typed phrases such as "Oldsmobile 98" and "engine stalls" or "Olds 98" and "fuel flow". Using different combinations, I was able to find many forums in which my maintenance problem was discussed.
