The East can be reduced by about 18 or so airplanes not counting the E190's. More cuts will be felt on the East.

Your numbers are old the East is already down to 206 with the min fleet (East) at 202. That number includes the previously announced cuts, that may be why we have different numbers.

Kirby recently acknowledged that the company is approaching the minimum fleet count numbers, however he stated he has a lot of leeway to reduce the block hours without being in violation of the TA.
