I need to build some multi time. I am looking to fly one or two days a week. I live near Atlanta, so it must be within two hours (driving) from ATL. I have looked into airline training professionals, but they want a little over $100/hour. So here is my point, I am looking to build 100-150 hours and could use advice on where to go. Please read that I am not looking for the “get your MEI” answer or “airlines don’t want you to buy it” answer. I just need some ideas about schools in the ATL area that sell block time.
Thanks.
:)

check out aribenaviator.com and their 50 and 100 block programs. Do a search of this board -- a lot of mixed opinions about Ari Ben.

Please read my post before answering!!!
“it must be within two hours (driving) from ATL”
Thanks

Damm - you ain't gonna get much help with your attitude. You also aren't gonna find too much that'll beat ATP's prices, especially in such a limited area.

I don't think my station wagon would hold together

If I came across as having a “Bad attitude” then I guess you misinterpreted my post. I am tired of people who have nothing positive to add, so they invent a reason to post something irrelevant. So if me not wanting to hear something that has nothing to do with my post gives me a bad attitude, then I’m sorry. Lighten up people this is a message board;)

I would have to say ATP is your best bet. I can't think of anyone in the Atlanta area that would do it for less. Maybe if you found someone to share the time with, then it would be cheaper. Make sure one of you is wearing vision limiting device that way you both could log the 150 hours.

PM me, I may have some ideas for you that will work, BTW, where do you jump?

Sorry, PA-44Typed, this doesn't really contribute positively to the thread, but...I also may be interested in cheap multi time near Atlanta. The closer to PDK the better ;)

You might call or e-mail them. They had a couple of Seneca's that were cheap but I don't see them on the web site right now. Thats changed as of a week or two ago. It would be worth asking about.
