Overall which is better to qualify for better flying job multi PIC recip time or SIC turboprop/Jet if you have low total multi PIC to start? When I say better not the airlines not that I have any against that just not me I would like to go the corp. or cargo route Thanks for your response!

I went the piston PIC route, didn't have any problems getting interviews after building the PIC time. I had no turbine experience when applying to better jobs.
 
Multi PIC...especially single-pilot, IFR multi PIC...shows you can handle it. Turbine's are easy...push forward = go fast. Pull back = go slow. ;)

Knowing someone is the only way to get anywhere in this industry, for a "good" job. Otherwise it doesnt matter at all what kind of hours you have, just have them. Quality is knowin someone - Quantity is just having hours it seems like.
 
Amen to that! It is truly amazing how it works. I wouldn't have had a single job without my contacts working for me. Pic Multi though to answer the original question. That'll definitely get you into the right seat where you'll spend plenty o' time thinking about how nice it was to not have to make conversation with anyone when you were flying checks in the piston!
