Multi Non-Owner Insurance?

I used to have Avemco's single engine non-owner insurance.

I am about to start flying "other peoples" twins and was wondering where to get insurance and about how much it runs.

I'm not sure there is anyone offering multiengine rental insurance anymore. I am positive there isn't anyone offering that kind of insurance to someone with less than 300 total hours.
