Anyone know the DOH of the junior pilots on the MSP base? Is the base shrinking, or do the odd openings arise through vacancies?

Thanks.

DOH probably isn't the info you want. Looks like 2/25/2008 but seniority number 11311 out of 11653 is more helpful info. The DOH won't mean anything until steady hiring has been happening at a steady pace for a long time. There have been too many gaps in the hiring for that to be helpful right now.

MSP usually goes more senior than DTW or NYC, but it's fairly junior otherwise.

Decent base. Decent mix of flying, but the 757/767 is the biggest thing there. For the 330 and larger, you'll need to go elsewhere.

MSP has a surprisingly high cost of living if you are unfamiliar.

Thanks for the input. I knew several people that were displaced out of MSP. One was a late 2010 hire..the other a flow-through guy from CPZ. I'd imagine with the retirements coming, it would be former NWA heavy, I think they had an older pilot group. That may open up the base a bit.

Thanks.
