I am a new hire regional F.O. who is looking for info on using a motorhome instead of a crashpad for commuting. Specifically, are there any rules on using parking passes for motorhomes? If any one has any first hand experience, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you might be a Brazilia FO in PDX.

PM me I can give you some info on where to park your motorhome.

There are a few RVs in the United/United Express employee lot at ORD, but they just put a flyer up at all the bus stops that this will no longer be allowed or they will be towed at the owners expense. I know of at least one person that is very upset with this and has written a letter in defense of leaving his RV in the lot. Not sure if anything will change because of it though.

Also heard that ORD will be allowing Chicago PD to enter the lots to put the boot on cars with unpaid parking tickets!!! What a load of cr@p!!!

Heh,

I knew a guy that did this at a smaller base. Not only did he live in his RV 5 days a week, he would bogart power from one of the street lamps.
