More XJ furloughs 50 FOs by Dec 1st

I heard last night that Mesaba is "announcing" more furloughs, I guess 50 Capts are being displaced back to FO positions and they are furloughing the displaced FOs. I guess this is due to a 12% decrease in schedule and they are getting rid of some more of their SF340s. My friend (XJ FO) is obviously not happy, calling it "seasonal work" . I hope this stops pretty soon.
