The report said lower-level employees were shortchanged, with a far lower percentage receiving bonuses.

"A substantial inequity exists in TSA's performance recognition program between executive and non-executive employees," the report said.

Read the story carefully. Note that the majority of the awards and expenses were received or spent by management. The same people responsible for crafting dumb policies. The same people responsible for hiring. The people responsible for training.



Then, the next time you're tempted to make a wise-a$$ remark to the person with the wand up your crotch, remember who's really responsible....

Maybe so if they could type, or read past the 3rd grade level. They sure are efficent though, wanding the Toy Poodles and bare feet. Imagine most are short on time this time of the year. After a hard day of sneaking around the Bag Sort room stocking up for Christmas they are probably dog tired.
