So because I feel that the US government is inept, means I'm against the current administration. You must be one of the folks that would call me a racist because I think that the current push for health bill is a bad deal for the US taxpayer.

Mario Labbé, a frequent-flying Canadian record-company executive, started having problems at airports shortly after Sept. 11, 2001, with lengthy delays at checkpoints and mysterious questions about Japan. By 2005, he stopped flying to the United States from Canada, instead meeting American clients in France. Then a forced rerouting to Miami in 2008 led to six hours of questions.

“What’s the name of your mother? Your father? When were you last in Japan?” Mr. Labbé recalled being asked. “Always the same questions in different order. And sometimes, it’s quite aggressive, not funny at all.”

Fed up, in the summer of 2008, he changed his name to François Mario Labbé. The problem vanished.

What does this mean, exactly? Sure it's easy to cast stones and read eloquent op-eds (and make inept FI posts) and blame the current President for global warming/cooling, cancer, the Haitian earthquake, fascist corporate takeovers, socialist corporate takeovers, the recession, blah blah blah. Worthless rhetoric aside, what is the progressive plan?

Yes, a sizable percentage of the population is unhappy with the current two-party system, but what will the third party do? Do they have any leadership? What is their plan, beyond silly signs, costumes, and open-carry guns at rallies? Show me a strong plan, with strong leadership, and I will follow. Otherwise, I will continue to laugh with the rest of America.
