Just got my interview scheduled for next month. Did a web search here and got TONS of good info. Got some other questions, though:

1. I'm not up to speed on how the 'scoring' system works. Is this system in place to determing who gets called first, or is it something that carries over to the interview and have some weight there?

2. I currently have no LOR's. Will this make some difference in the interview, or is it also a tool to determine interview calls?

Thanks a million in advance. Best Wishes!

Scoring your resume' gets you the interview. It may have SOME bearing on the type of aircraft you are offered, but getting the job is all up to you in the interview. Knock their socks off! Good luck.
