More new hire classes a Airtran

According to the latest vacancy awards, there will be at least 7 new hires in class on OCT 24 and 8 on Nov 15th.

I understand from someone in their training dept that one class of 20 has just finished training (started in Aug, I think), one class of 15 or 16 started last week, and one more class is possibly planned for Nov.

I also understand they conducted interviews for the first time since Feb a couple of weeks ago, with more interviews possible next month.

airtran has an ad on climbto350.com for pilots. anybody know the experience levels the newhires have had i these most recent classes?
