I know this has been beaten to death, and yes I have done searches.

But in a few weeks I need to get to one of the following: Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong or Tokyo and will be leaving from the New York metro area.

In June which is harder, Europe or Asia? What airlines are easiest to catch a ride on? Lastly, what kinds of fees do I need to plan on?

I know I am going to get asked so I will answer it right now: I am going to Singapore for an interview with an airline that does not serve the states so I need to get on their network and they will provide travel from that point.

Just buy zed fairs, it would really suck to get stuck in asia with no way home.... a lot of US carriers arent allowed to jumpseat on foreign carriers.. If you are going thru paris or frankfurt then into tokyo you may run into some problems.

buenos suerte
