OK, what's the big secret here? Somebody or a couple of somebody's got a good deal.

SWA perhaps? We poolies can only hope the 14 737's are headed to Dallas.

There's never been a better time to buy a new Boeing than right now! 0.9% financing on all models, or 4 million dollars cash back!
There's also a 2 million dollar trade in allowance, regardless of condition. Weeeeeeeeeee're Deeeeeal'n.

Boeing posts 22 new jet orders from unnamed buyers
Thursday July 3, 1:57 pm ET

SEATTLE, July 3 (Reuters) - Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA - News) on Thursday said it had received orders for eight new 767 wide-body jets and 14 new 737 narrow-bodies, without naming the buyers.
At list prices, which are routinely discounted, the jets would be worth about $1.7 billion.

At the request of its customers, Boeing's Seattle-based jetliner unit does not disclose any additional details on anonymous orders, including delivery dates or sub-model types.

Through the first six months of 2003 Boeing has recorded 109 new orders, net of cancellations, after posting 176 net orders in all of 2002.

Boeing has not yet posted an order announced on Tuesday by AirTran Airways (NYSE:AAI - News), which will buy or lease 28 new 737s and six new 717 narrow-bodies from Boeing in addition to leasing 22 new 737s from GE Capital Aviation Services (NYSE:GE - News).
