Need to know the going rate for a BE-200 Captain, job is FAR 135 and located in the NE. Position requries some management, so factor that in the salary. Thanks for the replies.

From what I can gather from the NBAA Salary Survey (2003) I would say a starting base salary somewhere around $55,000 would sound about right based on your lacation and a bit of management.

Remember the NBAA Salary Survey is geared towards Part 91 Corporate Operators, not Part 135 Charter Operators. Part 135 salaries can be substantially less.
