MMPR - Puerta Vallarta, Mexico

We have a trip planned to MMPR in a week and it's been 3 years since i've been down there. I remember Aerotron is the FBO but they charge exorbitant fees and make you buy their fuel. If i recall there is a GA ramp but I don't have any information about it. We do lots of Mexico travel so I don't need a handler, but I want to be sure customs and immigration will be available at the GA ramp when we arrive. Any info would be appreciated.
