The pic does show an ex AA B-727 but.... The reason I dont think its N84AA is because of the paint for one thing and the fact that it would have cost a major amount of money to re-configure the aircraft back to a passenger airplane. The Interior was completely gutted and much of it destroyed in the process. I cant see anyone going through that process unless of coarse it was all free, which I guess could have been why it was stolen in the first place... if that is in fact N844AA.
