Missile Launch a Jet Contrail?

although i did learn how to spell menyou......or is it menu......nevermind....
 
No you can't. This was pure and simple a jet contrail coming from an airliner returning from HI or Japan. The light was just right, the flash you see is the reflection of the sun of the fuselage, I saw it live while doing the California two step all day and noght yesterday. Actually saw four of them. Sorry, but nothing else but a contrail. Move along.

That was a missile
 
Never seen a contrail quite like that. Have seen rocket launches that look just like that.
 
The camera man said he stayed on it for about ten minutes, one heck of a slow missile.

Witnessed a coupled of missile launches, both from the ground and from the air, this doesn't look like one and certainly never seen one that showed an exhaust trail for ten minutes.

IMHO, airplane!
