Minor in Posesion

I was ticketed for MIP and failure to comply when i was 19 (am now 26 and a cfi) about three years ago i was ticketed for not having car insurance ( long story i am sure people are not interested in my excuses.) I have recently learned that these are all misdamenors does anyone have an idea on how greatly this will affect my chances at an airline postion.

really, check out the other posts about minor violations, etc...the more years between then and now the better - but always be truthful is my best advice.
