7.50 / hr proposed min. wage makes about 15,000 per year.
What are you going to do when burger flipper makes more money then you do?

Everyone always focuses on 1st year pay to make their weak Burger flippers make more than pilots argument. Problem is a burger flipper probably gets like a 30 cent raise per year. The first year is rough but you can survive second year and beyond. Yeah go flip burgers for your career what a life that will be. See what your making in 10 years. Even as a store manager you will be lucky to clear 50k/ year. You can do that a lot faster at a regional especially when the upgrade is fast.
