Would pilots that fly for the regionals please share your airlines minimum experience requirements and what your guess the average times pilots have that are getting hired today.

Of course I am talking about total, ME, Instrument etc.

Also if you are aware of the percentage that have four year degrees that would be helpful.

Thank you in advance for any information you could share.
 
I know at pncl, they would go to the flight schools and clean house! i know for a fact they had guys with as low as 200 hrs and less than 50 multi, oh but wait they went through a CRJ ab initio course. F that crap.
