Just curious if NJ or any other Fracs. have flt time conversion factors for military pilots? If so, is the conversion per sortie or per flt hour?

NetJets will credit you with 20% but only to reach the minimum of 2500 hrs to get hired. After that they look at total numbers - many have military experience, so they know how time is logged in military aircraft and at the airlines.

I think Options does also. I do not know what the ratio is. I know there were a few military guys in my indoc and they were talking about that.

NetJets military conversion factor is simple.

Just take any military flight time times 1.2

You can include this time on your initial resume and the formal app when you get it.
