I saw a bunch of you losers on WTMJ the other nite so I thought I would reminisce. This is to all the backstabing, brownnosing, donkey kissing, "Richard" sucking pilots that flew at Skyway in the "beginning" and sucked and f#@%ed their way to ME. This is for all the times you ran to Ron K. and ratted on other pilots because they did not drink the koolaid. For all the times you would fly airplanes that were not safe or legal and passed them on to us based in RFD. You all know who you are. Mike J., Mike R., Rustin W., Steve D., Steve Mc., Gary H., Wayne J, Kent B, just to name a few. Your present situation at ME is partial payback for all of the decent Skyway pilots all of you crapped on. The rest of the payback comes when ME is Chapter 13 and you are all on the street. What comes around goes around.

I took a sanity check 12 years ago and left the airline aspect of aviation for good. It has been rotten since the late 80's. If you are currently furloughed, maybe you should seek therapy and consider another line of aviation or work altogether.

Management at NWA/TPG may be purposely driving Midwest Airlines into a CH11 situation where in just a few short months, DAL/NWA will be seeking formal approval for the merger.

No way. Those guys are mostly equity investors, they would get killed in a Ch. 11. On the other hand, Texas Pacific might have put some very senior debt in there as well, which would mean they get paid or they get paid.

Does anyone know if TPG gave debt financing, or just made an equity investment? If it's just equity, this tells me they're pulling the plug and walking away.

I'm sure there is no intent to allow AAI back in with a Midwest Ch11

Not to mention that Aitran could never afford this deal in the current environment, they can barely sustain their own airline let alone absorbing another. That train has left the station for sure...
