Would someone settle a discussion? Are there a large amount of Midwest pilots that lost their jobs in the Republic/Frontier/Midwest "merger"? If so, are they flying?

If you consider all of them a large number, then yes to your question.

The answer was all on pilots on the MEH seniority list lost our jobs. Some secured fly jobs at other carriers (FL, Virgin, Falcon, Evergreen, Atlas) and some took new hire F/O positions with Republic while a couple became check airmen. All in all, a very sad situation and don't expect it to get any better with SLI.
