Midwest Air Group Inc. said antitrust regulators have asked for more information about the sale of the regional carrier to buyout firm TPG Inc. and Northwest Airlines Corp. Midwest said it will respond "expeditiously" and "work toward a prompt closing of the transaction." The airline also said Thursday in a statement that it doesn't expect any change in its planned Oct 30 shareholders meeting in Milwaukee to vote on the bid.

The deal ain't done yet folks. This is a major hoop to jump through in any buyout and if we've looked at past history, they've still got a ways to go before the deal is sealed.
