Midway Bankruptcy

Anybody have the latest? I mean it has been years but... What is going on the courts in ILM? I want my $2, plus tip!

I was a RJ dude for Midway and was furloughed in Aug 2001.

If I remember right I did get my last paycheck a few months after the Chap 11. I never did get anything else from them, but the Chap 11 I believe was converted to a Chap 7 liquidation in 2003? The certificate was either turned in the FAA or sold to someone else.

As i remember I did have to file the paperwork with the court in RDU to get that last paycheck, but I remember getting something from the court that ex-employees were going to get paid anyway before the creditors were paid.

May they rest in peace. I liked flying for Midway and loved the RDU area.

Mesa bought the certificate and some of the CRJ's. 9? Several are being operated for US Airways.
